Register for Internet Banking
Before using Internet Banking, you will need to register for the service. You can do this by completing our Access form which you can download below. Alternatively pop in to your local branch and register.

When completing the form, please select the Internet Banking tick box and the Security Token box if you require one. Then either fax it back to QTMB on (07) 3252 7053, post it to us or pop it into your nearest branch.
Once you have received the confirmation email you can log into Internet Banking using your Security Code as your password and your member number. For security reasons, Internet Banking will ask you to change your password after you have logged in for the first time. Always ensure you keep your password secret in the same way you protect your Redicard PIN. Once registered you will need to set up an Authentication Password or register for a token to make external funds transfers.
If you don't know your Security Code, call the Contact Centre on 13 29 30 until 6pm weeknights. For your security it cannot be divulged via email.
