New user first time login

  1. Go to www.qtmb.com.au
  2. Click on "Sign In" on the top right hand corner
  3. Enter your Customer ID using your physical keyboard {membership number}
  4. Enter your temporary password using the on-screen keyboard {passwords are case sensitive}

    Your temporary password will be given to you by QTMB. 
    If you do not have a temporary password you will not be able to login to Internet banking.

  5. Click "login" with your mouse
  6. You will be requested to select your own password
  7. The Old Password field will be highlighted red
  8. Enter the Temporary (Old) password that you were given by QTMB, using the on-screen keyboard {passwords are case sensitive}
  9. Using your mouse, click in the New Password field and it will highlight red
  10. Enter your New password using the on-screen keyboard {passwords are case sensitive}
  11. Using your mouse, click in the Confirm New Password field and it will highlight red
  12. Confirm your New password using the on-screen keyboard {passwords are case sensitive}
  13. Click ‘Submit’
  14. You will be taken to the Terms & Conditions page.
  15. Click on the button "Click Here to View the Terms & Conditions"
  16. A Terms & Conditions window will open - Read the Terms & Conditions
  17. Exit the Terms & Conditions page (press the x)
  18. Click "Agree" if you agree
    If you do not agree, press "Disagree" and please phone our Contact Centre on 13 29 30
    You will not be able to enter Internet Banking at this time.
  19. After accepting the new Terms & Conditions you will be taken to your identification page
  20. Confirm your identification
    If your details are not correct, you can make some changes via the "Personal Details" tab. If you would like any assistance changing your details please phone our Contact Centre on 13 29 30.
  21. Click "Confirm"
  22. You will be presented with your Account page
  23. An electronic copy of your password change and successful login will save automatically to your Online History page. Any unsuccessful login attempts will also be shown in your Online History page.
