Glen Palmer
Glen has over 16 years experience as a Financial Planner working predominantly with the clients of large banking institutions. Glen has also worked with a Chartered Accounting firm where he led the Financial Services section of the business. Prior to commencing work as a Financial Planner in 1995, Glen held senior roles in the retail sector including as a manager with David Jones for 10 years before establishing and operating his own successful retail venture.
Glen holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and continues to build on his practical expertise in financial services through ongoing study and professional development.
Glen specialises in assisting clients during the important pre and post retirement planning stages of their life. Glen also has particular experience with assisting clients who are looking to grow their wealth during the early and mid stages of their working life. In addition, Glen can provide advice on Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) if this advice is suitable for the client’s financial position.
Glen’s client centred approach is supported by his extensive experience and genuine professionalism. Glen strongly believes that to achieve financial success it is important to spend less than you earn during your working life and closely manage your investments, cash flow and financial strategy as you approach and move into life after full time work.
Glen commenced work as a Financial Planner with QTFP in September 2011, and is focused on delivering a high level of service to his clients, their family and friends.
