Sign in to internet banking

  1. Go to 
  2. Click on the green “internet banking” button in the quick links box on the QTMB home page.
  3. Enter your Customer ID using your physical keyboard {membership number} 
  4. Enter your password using the on-screen keyboard {passwords are case sensitive
  5. Click “Login” with your mouse

    If there are new Terms & Conditions, you will be required to accept these before proceeding.
    - You will be taken to the Terms & Conditions page.
    - Click on the button "Click Here to View the Terms & Conditions"
    - A Terms & Conditions window will open - Read the Terms & Conditions
    - Exit the Terms & Conditions page (press the x)
    - Click "Agree" if you agree

    If you do not agree, press "Disagree" and please phone our Contact Centre on 13 29 30
    You will not be able to enter Internet Banking at this time.
  6. You will now be taken to your identification page
  7. Confirm your identification

    If your details are not correct, you can make some changes via the “Personal Details” tab. If you would like any assistance changing your details please phone our Contact Centre on 13 29 30.
  8. Confirm your last login date {if this is incorrect, contact QTMB immediately}
  9. Click “Confirm”
  10. You will be presented with your Account page
  11. Your succesful login (and/or any unsuccessful login attempts) will be shown in your Online History page.

My husband and I refinanced our mortgages to QTMB about two and a half years ago. The branch staff were very helpful, and sorted out the loan for the house we now live in, and helped us turn our second property into an investment property.
